Xi Deuteron Corporation Board: Stewards of the Charge

The Xi Deuteron Corporation holds title to the Xi Deuteron Charge House and takes care of the physical plant. The Corporate Board comprises eleven alumni board members—nine elected members, along with the Presidents of the Graduate Association and the Educational Fund. The Board ensures rent is collected from undergrad residents, pays expenses including taxes, insurance, and repairs, and manages ongoing maintenance of the house. We are assisted by Robert Edgmon, who provides Property Management services for us and a handful of other fraternities and sororities. The Corporation is the anchor for all alumni activities and provides advisory support and mentorship to the undergraduate members.

For 2023, the Corporation Board generally meets the second Saturday of every month at 10:00 am at the Charge House.
